Mobile Phone Manners

Small Business Training Options and Formats
Midland and the Swan Valley in Perth were the focus of a Customer Service Month Challenge in May 2009 that could work well in any town or business community.
Business owners and managers participated in a mystery shopping program, a series of training workshops presented by Jan Collins and Jurek Leon from Terrific Trading, optional follow up consultancy/coaching sessions and they had the opportunity to have their business nominated for the 2009 Swan Customer Service Awards. Winners will be announced at a function in August.

UK Jurek Leon will be presenting at the National Farmers’ Retail & Markets Association Conference near Birmingham on 26 January 2010. He will then be working in the UK throughout February. It’s taken 16 years for Jurek to persuade her, but we are pleased to announce that at long last his better half Gwen has joined the team at Terrific Trading.
Our UK clients will probably assume that Gwen is already part of the team because when Jurek is working in the UK, Gwen ensures the smooth running of Terrific Trading’s events. Now Gwen is taking on this role in a full time capacity and appropriately her new title is ‘Organisational Goddess’.
Gwen will be responsible for client relationships, event management and the smooth organisation of Terrific Trading’s activities. She also has the challenging task of keeping Jurek on track in developing a series of DIY training manuals on selling for non-salespeople, retail selling and customer service as well as e-books such as ‘Customer tips for coffee shops’ which was due to be released last December! No wonder his school reports were forever saying, ‘easily distracted’!
